- Apartment/chalet descriptions will give information on the accommodation features and details such as location of the property and proximity to ski lifts etc. Some residences have extra features such as a communal pool or spa.
- Our website has the facility to search availability on a specified date and you can then follow online instructions for booking. Alternatively, contact us with your requirements and we will do a search for you and suggest suitable accommodation.
- In most cases you will be able to book your accommodation and car hire via our website, but do feel free to call our sales team if you would prefer to do so over the phone or have any specific enquiries.
- If you wish to arrange flights, childcare or ski lessons before you confirm your booking with us, we are happy to hold accommodation for you for a maximum of 24 hours.
- There is an online facility for getting quotes for flights and car hire during the booking process.
- Essentials such as ski hire, lessons and lift passes can either be pre-booked with a provider online or arranged in resort on your arrival. Advance booking of skis and lessons is advisable during peak holiday weeks.

- Once we have received the deposit for your accommodation, we will email you confirmation of your booking. Full payment is due 10 weeks before you travel and directions/key collection instructions will be emailed approximately 2 weeks beforehand.
